Spring Craft Fair Information

Sorry to say but registration is closed as we have reached our capacity. We welcome you to fill out the form in case we have a cancelation but there is no guarantee.

Thank you for expressing your interest in participating in our upcoming Spring Craft Fair. We invite artists and crafters of all skill levels to join us in showcasing their creations. Each booth space is priced at $20 and is approximately 10’x10′.  We have some tables available at $5 per table, the quantity is limited, so we recommend bringing your own or borrowing from a friend. Indoor spaces are all gone – If there is a cancellation, we will let you know. The outdoor areas are great and we do have some spots in the shade for people who may not have a tent. Anyone needing to cancel must do so at least two weeks before the event to get a refund.

Payment must be received at the time of registration unless you are paying cash. Cash payments will need to be brought up to the club soon after you have registered. I have spoken with a couple of people personally and we have arranged payment so if this is you, don’t worry. Venmo people please use @twcdunedin to make your payment today.

All proceeds from the event contribute to supporting The Warehouse Club and keeping our doors open for those in need of recovery. As a token of appreciation, we’ll provide coffee and snacks to both guests and vendors, along with a donation can to raise additional funds. This year, we kindly request each vendor to bring something to contribute to this offering. We will discuss this offering further in one of our vendor emails.

The event kicks off at 9 AM, with vendors allowed to start setting up as early as 6:30. Please note that from 8 AM to 9 AM, an AA meditation meeting will take place inside the club, so indoor vendors should either set up early or maintain a quiet atmosphere. The event concludes at 2 PM, and if there’s a lull, we can begin breaking down earlier. Further details will be communicated to all registered participants.
